The City Hall held a meeting on dissemination of Sangkat Fund Accountability Team of Phnom Penh[SFAT] under the presidency of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and chairman of SFAT along with 76 Sangkat councils, governors and vice governors of 7 districts, NGOs and companies. The aim to establish the accountability team is to reach a good governance at Sangkat locality, to promote the people to take part, to use Sangkat funds in a more transparent, accountable and efficient way. The City Hall placed 130 boxes in the 7 districts, 76 communes, city hall, markets, municipal of departments and NGOs to receive opinions complaints from the who involve in the use of Sangkat funds.
