Olympic Residents Will Sue EDC, if the Electricity Cut off.

Olympic Residents are ready to file the complaint with the Phnom Penh Municipal Court if EDC cuts off the electricity due to the garbage payment. The raising garbage fees are improperly evaluated which they cannot afford. Meanwhile, the senior official of EDC said that the measure is asked to be suspended and waited for the new directive by the senior officials of EDC. The house owners nearby the Olympic market whose houses are rented to the seller and charged USD 20 to 30 per month for the garbage fees refuse to pay.If EDC cuts off the electricity as the blackmail of CINTRY, garbage Collection Company, they will sue to the court because the contract between EDC and the customers does not mention the disconnecting the electricity due to the unpaid garbage fees.
