Director of Department of Public Works and Transportation, NJHEM SARON criticized and warmed Ly Construction for constructing the road below standard. He instructed the company’s experts to test the laterite. A municipal official said that this road is 5.000 meters long which was paved with DBST by Ly Construction at a cost of 500.000 USD financed by Municipality of Phnom Penh.
