H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality praised and profoundly thank to police forces, municipal authorizes of all level, and military garrison who maintained the security, safety, social public order during,Ascension to the Throne,King Father’s Birthday, Independence Day and Water Festival. A letter of Acknowledgement written by governor of Phnom Penh dated on November 18, 2005 says that: On behalf of the municipal leader and on my own behalf, I would like to admire police forces and municipal authorities of all level as well as military garrison who try your best to fulfill your duties in order to maintain security safety, public order during Ascension to the Throne, King Father’s Birthday, Independence Day and Water Festival. It is an indication that Phnom Penh has enough ability to hold many national and international ceremonies and we provide safety for national and international organizations, national and international tourists. This is a new achievement implemented by Samdech HUN SEN’s recommendation to provide safety and happiness to Cambodia people and it is also the proud of the Kingdom of Cambodia. .
