The Municipality of Phnom Penh installed 2 wild animal statues- wild ox and turtle at Wat Phnom resort in order to upgrade the beauty of Phnom Penh and to attract tourist as well as to show the next Khmer generation the two wild animals which are virtually extinct in Cambodia.
