H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, presided over the Anniversary Celebration for the Partnership for Urban Poverty Reduction (PUPR) at Phnom Penh Municipality. In that occasion , the governor expressed thank to city hall officials especially the staffs of PUPR who tried their best for improving 100 communities per annum and he also called on the authorities to increase well co-operation with PURP to improve the living standard of the people living at the poor community.
