On February 20, 2005 is the historic day that Cambodia people throughout the country paid respect to the people killed during the Pol Pot regime. The ceremony was held at Choeung Ek Genocidal Centre located in Choeung Ek commune, Dangkor district, Phnom Penh under the presidency of H.E SIM KA, member of the senate, H.E KEP CHUK TEMA- Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, deputy Governors, district governor, deputy district governors, civil servants, monks, residents, teachers and students.
