H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, presided over the inauguration ceremony of Sangkat Protas Lang's building and some achievements such as pond, well, fence and gate. The building was built on September 17, 2005 and completed on March 27, 2005. It is 11.30 meters long and 9 meters wide at a cost of 14,870 USD financed by H.E KEP CHUK TEMA and LORK CHUMTOUV and OKNHA TRY HENG.
