H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and the Honorary Chairman of Cambodia Red Cross to Phnom Penh, presided over the World Red Cross and Red Crescent Ceremony at Phnom Penh Cultural Centre. The Governor called on all the people to have mercy upon the one who meet with disaster or difficulties and give them some donation or some money in order to relieve their difficulties.
