H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, presided over the ground breaking ceremony of new two-storey school building with 10 rooms donated by SAMDECH HUN SEN and LORK CHUM TEUV to the residents in Trapan Krosang commune, Dangkor district, the boundary of Phnom Penh and Kandal province. The Governor said that SAMDECH HUN SEN and LORK CHUM TEUV has paid attention to human resources to the residents in dangkor district who are always love him so he decided to donated the school building made of brick with tile roof and equipped with stationeries.
