H.E. PA SOCHEATE VONG, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality presided over the ceremony opening sport competition to choose champion in Phnom Penh at Olympic Stadium in participation with deputy district governors, civil servants, teachers and students. The events being selected are football, basketball, volleyball and athletics. The competition surveys technique, experience, progress and intelligence of each athlete.
