H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, presided over the Ceremony offering 14 motor cycles to 7 districts- a district received 2 motors. The motor cycles were given to police forces and military police forces to use for keeping security and public order in Phnom Penh.
