About 200 pieces of rubber barriers for blocking the construction sites in Phnom Penh were firstly imported from Malaysia by the City Hall. The barriers were laid around the Independent Monument to prevent the motor cycles from entering which effect the public order or the beauty in Phnom Penh but the people can walk in.
