The City Hall opened a workshop on Capacity-Building towards Better-Structured Decentralized Cooperation for Urban Project in Asia Using Bilateral and Multilateral Public Aid from June 27th -29th, 2005, supported by the City Hall of Lyon, Colombo Municipal Council, and City Net presided over by H.E SOK ANN, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Council Minister, H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, Ambassador, Representative from National and International NGOs and officials from Institutes. This workshop is one active step to stimulate to the Euro-Asian city-to-city partnership of the decentralized co-operation to reduce the poverty and improve people living standard.
