H.E presidency of H.E KEP CHUKTEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, presided over the launch of a reconstruction project to repair street Hanoi in Songkat Phnom Penh Thmei, Kheun, Khan Reussey Keo, Phnom Penh the street stretches from Federal Russian blvd to Tomnop Kob Sreouv [PK+200 to PKS+200] and is 4000 meters long and 7 meters wide at the total area of 28,000 square meters paved with DBST which it will cost about 102,995,000 financed by Hanoi.
