City hall in co-operation with UN_HABITAT and rights to residence centre opened a short training course on rights to decent residence under the presidency of H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, Mr KEN FERNANDES, Asia-Pacific programme facilitator for rights to residence centre. The course aimed all the trainees to reconize the rights of everyone to an adequate standard of living for himself and his family, including adequate food, clothing and housing , security of tenure and the protection against forced evictions.
