Phnom Penh referral hospital celebrated sum-up an eye-operation for Cambodian for free of charge supported by Ho Chi Min Association for poor under the presidency of H.E HENG TAIKRI, Secretary of State of Health, H.E MAP SARIN, Vice governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, H.E NGUYEN CHIEN THANG, ambassador of People Republic of Vietnam to Cambodia. 535 people had an eye- operation successfully 483 people from the province were operated at Phnom Penh referral hospital and 53 people at Sihanouk referral hospital.
