H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and the representative of SAMDECH HUN SEN, the prime minister of royal government of Cambodia and LORK CHUMTEUV; Mr. HUN NEANG, the father of SAMDECH HUN SEN, presided over the inauguration of Lang Ka Somaram Pagoda`s Building located in Chamcarmon District.The
building has two floors with the total area of 663 square meters. It was built on February 12, 2005 and completed on May 15, 2005 at the cost of $72.214 which is $69.314 financed by SAMDECH HUN SEN , $2.500 financed by engineer commander and $400 financed by the chief of Lang Ka pagoda. In attendance were monks, city officials, district governors, chief of commune, students and residents.
