Secondary and higher education framework sport tournament was closed under the presidency of H.E KOL PENG, Minister of Education, Youth and Sport, H.E MAP SARIN, Vice governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and along with many students. The competition started on July 21, 2005 with the participation of 26 private and state secondary and higher education departments.
