H.E. SAR KHENG, Deputy Prime Minister Royal Government of Cambodia, accompanied by H.E. KEP CHUKTEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, and City hall officials had delivered the annual year end report and presided over the awards Ceremony for City Officials. The Year End Report, reviewed all city departments, the accomplishment, goals, and on going projects.
124 city officials and employees received an award. 31 Gold, 39 Silver, and 54 Bronze medal awards were given by H.E. SAR KHENG ,and H.E KEP CHUKTEMA for recognition of outstanding service to the city and people of Phnom Penh.
