A Photo Exhibition on Birth Registration-Enhancing Opportunities for Children was celebrated at Wat Phnom on the afternoon of February 21 2005, under the presidency of H.E SAR KHENG, Deputy Prime Minister, Co-Minister of Interior, and a high representative of SAMDECH HUN SEN, H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, Mr JOHN MC.DONOUCH, Country Director of Plan International Cambodia, Vice Governors, Officials and foreign diplomats. The Photo Exhibition aimed to show the protection of children rights, through providing legal identity to support children in the fight against child labor,, trafficking, sexual abuse, and the contribute to raising the effective of the rectangular polices of the Royal Government in its third mandate.
