On February 16, 2005 under the presidency of H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, and H.E. PROM SOKHA, under secretary of state for Interior and representative of H.E. SAR KHENG, Deputy Prime Minister and Co-minister of Interior, the Phnom Penh Municipality held ceremony to name two vice Phnom Penh governors H.E. CHUN SIRUN and H.E. MANN CHHOEURN.
