On February 12, 2005 H.E. KEP CHU TEMA, governor of Phnom Penh presided over opening road N°214 reconstruction-Ex-ACHASWA Road-located in 7 MAKARA and Daun Penh district. The road has 1500 meter length paving BOT paid by Ministry of Economic and Finance.
