On Monday 1st of February 2005, Municipality of Phnom Penh cooperates with France Agency to launch the seminar about the sewage and drainage system in Phnom Penh under the presidency of H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, governor of Phnom Penh. The seminar indicates the result of municipality of Phnom Penh which has cooperated with France Agency to develop the city for 3 years to study about the sewage system to develop the city.
