Technical Support Unit of Phnom Penh Seila Program held a meeting on implementation of 2005 Sangkat development project under the chairmanship of H.E MAM BUNNEANG, first deputy governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and first deputy Excom of Phnom Penh Development Committee. The meeting was intended to share experiences among Sangkat councilors, contractor, technical support officials and Municipal treasury in order to strengthen the 2006 implementation with more better and transparent way.
