Five primary school buildings with 111 rooms were officially inaugurated under the presidency of H.E SOK ANN– Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Council Minister and Lork Chumteuv, H.E TAKAHASHI FUMIAKI—Japan Ambassador to Cambodia, H.E KEP CHUKTEMA— Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality along with vice governors, city hall officials, national and international guests, NGO’s representatives, teachers and students. The five school are Bak Touk, San Thor Mok, Toul Kok, Anu Wat Reach Theany and Boeung Salang primary school which cost about 509 million yen and financed by the people of Japan as a token of friendship and cooperation between Japan and Cambodia under the grant aid program (PHASE-1).
