• Governor to Compete for World Leadership Awards for Urban Renewal Plan in United Kingdom

On December 03, 2005, H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and Lork Chumteuv accompanied by H.E MANN CHHOEURN, Vice Governor of Phnom Penh left Phnom Penh for London to participate for World Leadership Awards[WLA] for urban renewal plan in the World Leadership Forum which was taken place on 5th-6th December. The Phnom Penh Municipality once joined the WLA and ranked 20th among 400 cities in the world. What the Cambodia is proud of is its ability to compete with two other cities__ANTANARIVO and LISBON. Before leaving Phnom Penh, the Governor said that he would try his best to won award for Cambodia people.
