Reconstruction Opening of Road Leads to Norea Village

H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, presided over the launch of reconstruction project to construct a road for the residents living at Norea village, Sangkat Niroth, Khan Mean Chhey, Phnom Penh. This road is 3,000 meters long and 4.5 meters wide paved with DBST and constructed by military engineer of Ministry of Defense. The road would cost about 590 million Riels-budget for repairing maintaining road- financed by the government through the Ministry of Economic and Finance.
