The City Hall awarded the contract to the Sollar Company to invest the 4,000 meters long of street 2004- from street 271 to Russian Federal Blvd ( the west of Century Plazza market ), Khan Dangkor nearby Pnom Penh International airport. The people will be charge from August 20, 2005 on the agreement between City Hall and the Company. From August 20 to December 31, 2005 the family car [ tourist car] will be charged 500 riels but they will be charged 1,100 riels from January 1, 2005, whereas the fee of the truck remains the same.
