Ground Breaking Ceremony for the Construction of New Building at the University of Health Science

On August 16, 2005, Prime minister SAMDECH HUN SEN presided over the ground breaking ceremony for the construction of new building and degree presentation ceremony for 224 doctors, 108 pharmacists and 72 dentists at University of Health Science. Talking to the students, the prime minister made some recommendations for graduated students, students who are undertaking their studies, and for the government officials and staffs or Ministry of Health as follows :
First, he recommended them to use their knowledge and acquired skills to serve the people with hight effectiveness and efficiency.
Second, he recommended them to practice the profession with high moral.
Third, he informed all of them that long-lasting knowledge must always be renewed because what they had received that day was only a fraction of knowledge that they have from there.
Forth, he would like all of them to remember that day’s graduation provided an important meaning for human resource development in Cambodia in the pursue for changing toward the development of the economy and society and remind all universities, faculties, and institutes that good education needs to consider quality first and strive to meet the quality standard of education.
