Reconstruction Opening of Concrete Road

An unprecedented concrete road which is 700 meters long and 6 meters wide was constructed to facilitate the traffic from street 2005 to Russian Federal Blvd—the west of Tek Thlar Market. H.E KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, said on July 30, 2005 that the new concrete road is financed by City Hall, E Wwan Tao Buddhist religious—Tean Chin and local residents. It is very important to reduce the traffic jam along Russian Federal Blvd.
