H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA , Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, a representative of SAMDECH HUN SEN , Prime Minister of Royal Government of Cambodia and SAMDECH SAN TEP VONG, presided over the ground breaking ceremony in Toul San Te Van Pagoda in Sangkat Kilomet N°6 Khan Russey keo, Phnom Penh. A new temple, monastery, fence and pathway were constructed and costed 930,795 US dollars donated by SAMDECH HUN SEN, SAMDECH CHEA SIM, followers, and national and international charity person. In that occasion, the governor also brought 20 million riels of SAMDECH HUN SEN to offer the monk.
