Implementation of commune governance forum was held at Municipality of Phnom Penh on 30, October, presided over H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA , Phnom Penh governor, H.E. MAM BUNNEANG , first-vice Phnom Penh governor. The forum aimed for the 76 commune councils in Phnom Penh city ot express their comments at opening widely .
Toul Tompong II, Chom Choa, Phsar Kandal II, Beoung Kak II, Orussey I, Nirot, Svay Pak are those of communes which praised by the governor by their good working of development.
