On October 27 afternoons, H.E KEP CHUK TEMA,Govrnor of Phnom Penh Municipality urgently summoned a meeting of his subordinate to strengthen security on King Norodom Sihamoni's Coronation day form 28 to 30 October 2004.
Security measures and public order were taken into account. Police and military police were assigned to prevent all possible incidents on King Norodom Sihamoni's Coronation.
H.E Kep Chutema add that “we are proudly to Phnom Penh to be host of the coronation celebration “
Even today, the security appeared to be stable, but we can't make mistake we have to further more security as the high directive of Samdech. Hun Sen “if you see sill water, it's not mean that no fish”
To be moderate and consistent with the great significance as mentioned above the governor gave instruction to certain districts to picture of the king decorated with lights and wishing slogan.
The governor also gave an advice to the districts governor to encouraged ministries and public buildings to hang banners and slogan to raise national flags, flowers and streamers and to display colorful lights to welcome the upcoming King Norodom Sihamoni's Coronation. .
