Ho Chi Min delegations led by H.E. LE THAN HAY , Ho Chi Min people committee paid an official visit to Phnom Penh city. The delegation paid a courtesy visit to H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and signing of economic-cultural corporation between Phnom Penh and Ho Chi Min city. The delegation also has planned to pay a courtesy to H.E. SAR KHENG , deputy prime minister and co-minister of ministry of Interior, Head of chamber of commerce, SAMDECH HUN SEN , Prime minister of royal Government of Cambodia, SAMDECH CHEA SIM , senate president.
