H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA ,Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality and H.E. MAM BUNNEANG First-Vice Phnom Penh governor, presided over the tow truck delivery ceremony to Municipal traffic police, in October, 11 2004. It was new effort of the Municipality of Phnom Penh's authority to reduce traffic jam while there was aneventual traffic accident and mess parking.
