On the opening school day in October 01, 2004 academic year 2004 – 2005 for whole country, H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor – Phnom Penh Municipality, presided over the opening school day at BUNRANY HUNSEN WAT PHNOM High School with the participation of teachers, students, and public servants . And at the same time, the Governor honored the medal award year 2003-2004 to 8 students by offering 30.000 R, 1 bag, 12 notebooks, and 2 pens each for of whole city. Among the 60 award students of the whole country, 26 students come form Phnom Penh city (11 students are girl). Please be noted that, this ceremony was celebrated by major initiative of SAMDECH HUN SEN , prime minister of kingdom of Cambodia
