On August 20, 2004, City hall has opened the ground breaking of Road #302, which is located in, Chamkamorn district, to make the traffic easy for people and restore the beauty of the city. The opening ceremony was celebrated under the presidency of H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, and other Municipal officals.
