Crash barriers have been set up by the Phnom Penh Municipality at Chamkamon and Ministry of Agriculture traffic light point to alleviated traffic congestion on Moa Tse Tong, Norodom, and Sothear Ros Blvd.
Rush-hour traffic in the city was concerned by the Phnom Penh's authority to find the ways to do better such street renovation, painting yellow line, more traffic light installation, and set up crash barrier to avoid stuck in heavy traffic.
