City hall celebrates BON KATEN at Municipality of Phnom Penh on November 5, 2004 in order to offer money to Kdol Pagoda located in the Shaksampouv commune, Dankor district for temple construction.
The organizer of BON KATEN are H.E KEP CHUK TEMA , Phnom Penh Governor and Madame, H.E fist-vice governor and madam, H.E vice governor and madam, Governor and deputy Governor of all the 7 districts, and the Municipal officers.
