Phnom Penh Municipality informs private company owners and businessmen circulating dirt truck across all roads in Phnom Penh that Boeung TomPun Dam Road has just been constructed by KUBOTA under the supporting of Government of Japan, but this road has not been inaugurated yet.

Phnom Penh Municipality declares for banning dirt truck circulating on Boeung TomPun Dam Road until we celebrate the inauguration of this road.

Based on this fact, private company owners and businessmen understand and execute the above proclamation.
