H.E MAP SARIN, Deputy Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, presided over the Computer training course Closing ceremony that is sponsored by Singapore International Foundation at Bak Touk High School located at Sang Kat Val Vong, Khan 7 Makara. H.E Ambassador of Singapore in Cambodia, Mr. KELVIN YAP, representative of Singapore International Foundation, Mr. VA CHEANG, secretary general in charged of Administration and Finance Department of Ministry of Commerce, Chief of branch office of education youth and sport, the trainee and other teacher join the closing ceremony.
