On July 10, 2004, City hall has opened the reconstruction of Sisowath Boulevard, which is located along the riverside park in front of Royal Palace, from Chroy Chanva bridge to SAMDECH HUN SEN park, to make the traffic easy for people and restore the beauty of the city. The opening ceremony was celebrated under the presidency of H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, and other municipal officers.
