H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, participated in the Cadastral Law Training Course to Phnom Penh Authority Official, which was honorary presided over by H.E. IM CHHUNLIM, Minister of Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction. Phnom Penh has been chosen to be a target city which is used land registration system, social land concession and law training among provincial and towns in Cambodia. The training course is mainly to strengthened the capacity building and improving responsibility of authority official to be more effective, sustainable, and fairness on land management.
