H.E.  KEP  CHUK  TEMA, Governor of  Phnom Penh  Municipality, presided over cutting ribbon of Inauguration of Mural Exterior Walls of the New U.S Embassy compound which honorary participated by Mr. CHARLES A RAY, U.S ambassador to the Kingdom of Cambodia. The murals, which  was  the achievement  of  the  Reiyum  Kasumisou  Art School's  students,  have 10  images such as Children's Rights, Peace and Freedom,Working together for Democracy, Free Meeting & Mixing Peoples & Religions, Freedom of Belief, Freedom of Speech, Voting Freely,  Equal Rights, Working Together  to Protect Culture and Free Market Economy.
