• Ground Breaking of House Construction Ceremony

H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Phnom Penh Municipality, presided over the ground breaking of house construction ceremony to BORY KEILA. The Opening of construction is part of the project of house development to poor dweller living in BORY KEILA. The Government has policy to set up 100 communities per year and onsite upgrading to facilitate the full right of the squatter area in the city.
