In compliance to the PRAKAS Nº227 registered on August 04, 2004 and announcement Nº 014 registered on August 04, 2004 of Ministry of Economic and Finance on the tax collection of the transportation means and vehicles for year 2004, Municipality of Phnom Penh would like to inform his excellencies, mister, miss, all ministries, cabinet, entity, company and citizen who are the owner of vehicle that the tax collection of the transportation means and vehicles for year 2004 is going to be implemented from August 15, 2004 to November 15, 2004 at each Sangkat which the owners are dwelling. For the actual activity of the tax collection in each sangkat, municipality of Phnom Penh will inform later.

Moreover for the state vehicle that will be paid by check or transfer the account has to pay tax at Phnom Penh branch located Nº 166, Street 130, Sangkat PHSAR KANDAL 2, DOUN PENH district, Phnom Penh.
