Even though Municipality repeatedly warned the manager of Chroy Changva parking lot, manager disregarded to carry out the instruction of the municipality of Phnom Penh and still allows the unsatisfactory actions take place. Moreover, they make people, passenger and civil officials who travel along the road feel dissatisfied. These activities impact badly on the image of the local authority of our royal government.

Therefore, Municipality of Phnom Penh kindly informs to all citizen that Municipality Phnom Penh will completely shut down the Chroy Changva parking lot from August, 5, 2004 0:00 AM on,
