The Municipality of Phnom Penh, presided over by H.E. CHEV KIM HENG, Vice Governor, received donation from the association of Vietnam Red Cross located in AN YANG province, which donated 15 tons of rice, 300 mosquito nets, 300 blankets and 9000 packs of instant noodle to municipality of Phnom Penh authority for contributing to fire victims at Sangkat CHAK ANRE LEU, MEAN CHEY district.
