- Planning Frameworks for a SWM Master Plan
- Selection of technical system and institutional requirement
- Solid Waste Master Plan
- Objectives of the Pilot Project
- Improvement of Steng Mean Chey Disposal Site and Waste Collection System
- Development and promotion of data management system for SWM

Next, there is a signing ceremony on the Minutes of Meeting between Municipality of Phnom Penh and JICA Study Team preside H.E. KEP CHUK TEMA, Governor of Municipality of Phnom Penh and Mr. Junji ANAI, Team Leader of JICA Study Team on the Interim Report of the Study on SWM in the Municipality of Phnom Penh, technical assistance under the Office Development Assistance of Japan Government.
